Rights are clearedbefore anything is created.
Before a single component is created, we agree in writing what material may be used, who holds the rights to it, and what the system is permitted to do with it. Attending a programme, buying a book, or holding a copy of a file is not permission to use it.

Source provenance and rights register
Every engagement includes a source provenance and rights register as a named deliverable: a documented list of each source, where it came from, who holds the rights, what permission covers it, and what the system may do with it.
No cleared rights, no work on that material. It protects your reputation as much as ours.
Two ways we approach where a system runs
Where and how a system runs is a security and architecture question, decided case by case - not a product tier.
Approved cloud deployment
For non-sensitive use cases with appropriate authorisation, systems run on established cloud and model providers. The providers used, the agreements behind them, and the resulting data flow are named and approved in writing before we begin.

Private or enterprise architecture discovery
For regulated, security-sensitive, or high-assurance use cases, the first step is a discovery process: what the requirements actually are, what architecture could meet them, and whether it can be met at all. This is a discovery and assessment process, not an available product.

We do not currently offer private, sovereign, isolated, or air-gapped deployment as a standing capability. If your requirements point that way, we say so and assess it openly with you before any commitment.
Independent of the security question, we agree who runs the finished system day to day - together with us under an agreed support scope, or handed over for you to operate with your own provider accounts. This is a commercial choice and does not change the security architecture.
